Keith, Martin
Anderson Valley High to 1960

Posted May 4, 2007 -- "Finally moved back to the Valley in 2001. Opened LumberJack Pizza next to the Lodge. Lodge wouldn't renew our lease so closed in Dec 2006. I am now working at the Anderson Valley Market. Live in Philo, in the old Adams apple dryer, the old barn with the hubcaps on the outside just west of the church. Any one who remembers me (or maybe my parents Red and Lois Martin, we used to live at Charles Mill Camp) stop by the store and say hi. Would love to hear from ya. Its nice to be home. "

Jorgensen (Holsten), Joan
Anderson Valley to 1958

Posted July 9, 2002 -- "I moved to Anderson Valley (Philo) from Vallejo, Ca in 1953 when my parents bought the Philo Motel from my aunt. My cousin Jim Vierke lived with us until 1956. I still go back to the Valley frequently. Every time we come down the hill to Boonville it is like coming home all over again. Even my twin sisters (born in the valley) feel a draw to Anderson Valley. We left the valley in 1958 and moved to Napa and I have been here ever since. There are quite a few people from Boonville that live here. If anyone would like to contact me the address is jjoansyj@aol.com. Looking forward to a fun week-end"

Now have four grandkids all boys. 5,9,14,22. Enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing camping, and working on my street rod, a 1940 chevy sedan. If anyone remembers me send me a line. Eddie"
